To create your account, you must have made at least one purchase for the platform.
It is also imperative that you use the same email address provided during the purchase. You should have received a confirmation email at this address.
The first thing to check is whether you received the email confirming the purchase.
If YES:
Ensure that the account you created uses the same email address. If not, and no purchase is associated with the account, create a new one. If so, contact Groupe Guérin for verification.
If NO (you haven’t received an email): Contact Groupe Guérin’s support services.
To create your account, you must have received at least one licence, and the buyer must have registered you in the Teachers’ Management section.

Managing purchases and managing licences for your students are two different things.
Only the user who has the email address to which the purchases have been assigned will see the books in Your Purchases.
If you should have books in the “Management and Distribution of Book Licences” and there are none, it’s possible that the email address associated with your account does not correspond to the one used by the purchaser when assigning licences by teacher. Contact the person assigning the licences and validate the address.
The creation of classes and the assignment of licences are mandatory to create homework.
Only those students who have a licence associated with a class will see the homework displayed on their app.
